Fast Calling with the BLF feature
Use RingQ’s Busy Lamp Field (BLF) to easily start a call, transfer a call and monitor your colleagues’ availability. By clicking on the BLF assigned to a specific extension, you can start a call with them or transfer one to them. And if the lamp is red, you know they’re not available!
Simply configure your BLFs on your phone to easily see – at a glance – who is available. This allows for fast call transfers to available team members and ensures that callers do not experience long wait times or dropped calls.

In addition to the above, RingQ enhances its BLF feature by allowing users to login and logout of queues, add an AUX code for agent status and show shared parking information.
Each key on the phone can be configured to speed dial, change agent status, and manage queue login/logout.
