Better Call Handling with Outbound Rules
Set outbound rules in your RingQ platform to ensure better call handling and higher productivity in your call center. Outbound rules determine how incoming calls are handled; you can send them specific providers, stripped them of certain digits, or block them entirely. With RingQ, you can set your outbound rules to suit your needs, ensuring flexible and secure call routing.
No Rule Limits
With RingQ you can create an unlimited number of outbound rules. Prepend digits to certain calls to ensure they are routed correctly, strip digits to streamline the dialling process, or block calls to specific numbers or destinations ā the possibilities are endless!
Try priority-based routing and Pin-based dialing for added security. Priority-based routing prioritizes certain calls over others, ensuring important calls are always given the highest priority. Pin-based dialing, on the other hand, requires users to enter a personal identification number (PIN) before making international or toll calls, preventing unauthorized calls and reducing the risk of toll fraud and unexpected charges.
Outbound rules play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of your system. They allow you to customize how calls are routed and add an extra layer of security.
