Changing and Customizing of Web Dialer and Mobile App Dashboard according to User Group

Chameleon Feature

The Chameleon feature allows users to dynamically adjust the appearance, functions, and features of the dialer based on the User Group. Whether it's for Cloud PBX, Call Center, Hotel PBX, Intercom, BLF, or a Custom setup, users can tailor the dialer to meet their specific needs.

 

Default Configuration

The default setup for newly created extensions is configured for Cloud PBX.

 

User Group

 

User Group Customization

To customize settings for different User Groups:

  • Go to the side menu of the web app.

 

  • Click on the Chameleon

 

Cloud PBX 

Assigning User to a Cloud PBX Group

 

  • Select an extension/s to be assigned
  • Drag and drop the extension to the Call Center container

 

 

 

Call Center

Assigning User to a Call Center Group 

  • Select an extension/s to be assigned
  • Drag and drop the extension to the Call Center container

 

Hotel PBX

Assigning User to a Group

  • Select an extension/s to be assigned
  • Drag and drop the extension to the Hotel PBX container

 

 

Intercom

Assigning User to a Group

  • Select an extension/s to be assigned
  • Drag and drop the extension to the Intercom container

 

 

BLF

  • Drag and drop the extension to the Intercom container
