Supported Language(s):

  • These are the list of selected language supported.

Add Language:

  • Add additional languages to be supported by RingQ AI.

Language Selection:

  • Introductory message for selecting the language.

Add Selection:

  • Custom message for language selection.

 

Keywords and Triggers

Connect Keywords:

  • Keywords triggering information about RingQ or connecting to a real agent.

Add Keywords:

  • Additional words to trigger actions or information retrieval.

 

Behavior Settings

Silence Duration:

  • Duration of silence before considering the user has stopped speaking.

Silence Duration Action:

  • Action triggered after reaching maximum silence duration.

Invalid Attempts:

  • Number of allowed attempts with invalid keywords or commands.

Invalid Attempts Action:

  • Action triggered after exceeding maximum invalid attempts.

 

Customization

Custom Greetings:

  • Greetings spoken after language selection.

Add Greetings:

  • Additional greetings to be randomly spoken after language selection.

Custom Waiting:

  • These are the AI's responses triggered after the user speaks keywords or makes invalid attempts.

Custom Interuptions:

  • These are the responses when the user interrupts the AI while it is speaking.

 

Voice Settings

Voice:

  • Selection of AI voice for conversing with the user.

Voice Speed:

  • Customization of AI voice speed.

Caching

  • Cache Response: Option to clear stored data from previous conversations.

 

Response Handling

Prompt:

  • Conditions for how the AI answers questions triggered by keywords.

Add Prompt:

  • Add specific conditions for AI responses.

 

Contextual Information

Context:

  • Information sources or databases for the AI to provide relevant answers.

Add Context:

  • Additional information sources to enhance AI responses.

 

Save:

  • Save all configured settings.

Add Context:

  • Expand the AI's knowledge base with additional sources of information to enhance its responses about RingQ.
